At Celebrations we strive to use the highest quality balloons manufactured to help ensure the best results.  However, even the world's best balloons are fragile products with a relatively short life span. When ordering or sending balloons, expect to enjoy them for 2-3 days if used indoors, and less than a full day if used outdoors. Under ideal conditions, our balloons can float much longer, but always look their best in the first 2-3 days.

Float time may be significantly reduced in unusually warm, unusually cool, or very humid environments, and at elevations above 2,500 feet.

The staff at Celebrations are balloon professionals!  We have had extensive training in the inflation, care and arranging of balloons.  Other factors such as the quality of our balloons to the way they are stored, being inflated, sized and tied correctly all affect the overall look of your arrangement.  Our staff takes great care in helping you choose from our extensive  balloon selection, then we coordinate and perfectly curl the ribbons as the balloons are arranged in the most eye-pleasing manner.  There truly is an art to balloon decor and arrangements, you can trust the professionals at Celebrations to achieve the best results.

As a standard practice, all of our helium-filled latex balloons are treated with Ultra Hi-Float to extend the life of your balloons. It is a liquid solution that dries inside the balloons to form a coating that helps hold in the helium. Latex helium balloons can float up to 25 times longer when treated with Ultra Hi-Float.  An untreated latex balloon will only float for 12-24 hours.  Hi-Float is safe, non-toxic, water-soluble and biodegradable.

You may place your balloon order at any time and we will have it ready to pick-up or deliver on the date and time you choose. The order must be paid in full prior to any balloons being inflated.  While we can usually accommodate walk-in orders, for the best service and results we highly recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance.  Large orders or specialty items such as garlands, columns and arches may require at least 3 days notice.

 Yes, but…

• We strongly suggest placing your balloon order in advance. Walk-in orders will be filled only after our pre-orders are filled.
• Our store can be very busy on Friday and Saturday and you may be stuck waiting in line to place and pay for your order and possibly have to wait even longer while we the inflate orders ahead of yours.  This is especially true during the months of May and June.

•  Orders changed or canceled at least 3 days in advance are eligible for a full refund, the receipt must be present at the time of refund.  Orders changed or canceled after this deadline are subject to a cancellation charge ranging from 25% to 100% of the order value, depending on the extent of preparations made for the order.
• We are normally unable to change or cancel an order on the date of pickup or delivery.
• Any items that have been special ordered or created for your event will be charged at full price.
• You must speak with us or receive an email or message confirmation from our staff when changing or canceling an order.

 Yes, BUT…

• With well over 4,000 designs, sizes and colors of balloons in stock, the need to purchase balloons from another source is extremely rare. 
• We do not guarantee balloons not purchased from Celebrations and if they are defective or burst during or after inflation, you will still be charged the full amount for inflating that balloon.
• We can not speak to the quality of balloons not purchased at Celebrations and can not speculate as to how long they will float.
• Inflation of latex balloons will be charged the same price as if you purchased them from Celebrations, so save yourself a little money and a lot of time and sanity when you make your entire balloon purchase at Celebrations!
• The price for inflating foil balloons from another supplier will vary depending on the size of the balloons.  Please bring your balloons to our store for an accurate price quote.
• Celebrations reserves the right to refuse inflation of any balloons if deemed necessary by our staff.  This policy may be changed without notice dependent on the most current helium supply.

Avoid exposure to extreme heat (never leave in a hot car), direct sunlight, sharp or hot objects, and textured ceilings. 

Before releasing a group of balloons to float on the ceiling, release two or three as a test.

Float time may be reduced significantly in unusually warm, unusually cool, or very humid environments, and at elevations above 2,500 feet.

If Celebrations is unable to complete or deliver an order due to inclement weather, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to arrange for rescheduling or cancellation.

• Do not breathe helium from a balloon. Helium is not toxic nor flammable, but breathing it can result in asphyxiation (loss of consciousness due to insufficient oxygen).  Our latex helium balloons are treated with Hi-Float and while it is non-toxic, you don’t want to put it in your lungs either!
• NEVER release any balloons outdoors. It is littering and can cause harm to the environment and animals.  Power failures can result if balloons become entangled in electric lines.  They can also pose a hazard to aircraft.
• Popped latex balloons present a choking hazard for small children. Do not leave small children unaccompanied with balloons.

• As a member of the Pro Environment Balloon Alliance (PEBA), we are committed to the responsible use and disposal of balloons.
• To protect the environment from unnecessary litter, we do not support or facilitate the release of any balloons.
• We urge our customers and others to share our commitment by not releasing balloons into the environment.
• We would love to help you find a good alternative to balloon releases that can be easily and responsibly disposed of after your event.
